During my early years, I gained invaluable experience in customer service while working at my family's business, instilling in me a deep appreciation for client satisfaction from a young age. My academic journey led me to study Chinese at Dalian Foreign Language University in China for two semesters, immersing myself in the language and culture. At just 23 years old, I established an English training school in the industrial port city of Bayuquan, Liaoning Province, further honing my entrepreneurial skills. Following my enriching experience in China, I made the transition to New York City, where I joined Interfax, a prominent Russian media outlet. In this role, I specialized in selling business intelligence focused on China and Central Asia to financial analysts on Wall Street, leveraging my diverse background and cultural insights to drive success in a dynamic market.

I began my journey at Transcend Information in Columbia, Maryland, as an entry-level account manager, entrusted with nurturing small house accounts while actively seeking avenues to expand Transcend's presence in the New York City photo video retail market. My pivotal breakthrough came with securing B&H Photo as a major client, paving the way for the inclusion of numerous other prominent photo retail stores in New York City as direct sellers of Transcend Information's flash memory products. Throughout this period, my dedication and achievements consistently earned me recognition as a top performer globally at Transcend.

In 2016, my peers honored me with a promotion to the role of General Manager of Latin America. After three successful years in Miami, focusing on sales within the Latin American region, I embraced the opportunity to lead Transcend's Silicon Valley office in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, I engaged with key stakeholders in the industrial PC, networking equipment, and cutting-edge hardware sectors. Under my leadership, the office achieved remarkable success, surpassing $20 million in industrial memory sales and securing significant design wins with esteemed clients such as Tesla, Valve, Fortinet, and numerous other leading institutions.

Throughout my professional journey, I consistently draw upon the invaluable lessons instilled in me during my formative years working at my parents' insurance agency in Kent Island, Maryland. These lessons include:

Outside of work, I immerse myself in outdoor pursuits, indulging in activities such as hiking, biking, rafting, and climbing—all of which I thoroughly enjoy. One of my aspirations is to conquer all the IMBA Epic rides worldwide on my mountain bike.
